    I use this in combination with Oxbow Essentials. My rats prefer Essentials but volition eat these large round pellets later on they cease their other kibble. I like that these are a trivial larger in size. I hide them in their bedding for foraging and enrichment. The bag is ziplock so the food stays safe and I apply this in combination with Oxbow Essentials. My rats prefer Essentials but will swallow these big circular pellets after they finish their other kibble. I like that these are a petty larger in size.     My rats like the other oxbow food way meliorate, they hardly touch this one. Non impressed.

    Good option for rats

I actually like the odour of this nutrient too : )

    I've heard the Oxbow is the best rat food on the market so I've e'er fed my girls this kind. They eat information technology up, their poops are normal and they have nice coats. No complaints hither!

    Rats weren't interested in information technology

    There was zilch wrong with the product, only none of my 4 rats were interested in it at all and I ended up tossing information technology. Just FYI.

    I've purchased a lot of products from Chewy before, but this is the outset time I purchased Oxbow Garden Select Rat Food from them. Price was much better than whatsoever other vendor and no aircraft costs if you reach a minimum. I originally purchased a small bag of these "rat blocks" at my local pet store to supplement my gerbils' diet and was pleased that they seemed to similar them. But with that in mind, I won't be buying from the local pet store again. Small bags at a high price? Not for me. I appreciate that Chewy offers then many different pet foods and experience as if I wasn't forced into a limited number of choices at my local pet store -- and I get a much better price. Thanks Chewy!

    rats won't swallow information technology

    I loved that this product was non-GMO, as I've read studies about how they tin cause tumor growth. Still, my rats won't eat it. I take to become dorsum to my old nutrient. I'one thousand disappointed and was really hoping they would like this.

    Vet recommended and you lot can smell the freshness!

    My rats loved this food the moment I switched them to it! This was recommended by their vet and told me that if they get sick while on this nutrient, the company will cover their vet care later on running a stool exam! Worth the money for that!

    The best I've found

    I've done a lot of researching the best rat food, and this stuff has the best ingredients. My rats were on Mazuri when I got them and it has a lot of corn and alfalfa meal, which is non the best for them! It'southward difficult to observe rat pellets without these ingredients. Also, the Mazuri food was very crumbly and Oxbow doesn't leave a big mess.

    Not a Big Hit!

    Our two male person rats volition not touch these, other than to throw them around and make a big mess. The quality is good, so I'll go with 3 stars. Luckily, nosotros accept plenty of chickens, goats and potbelly pigs who call back they're the bomb, then they oasis't completely gone to waste matter...

    Oxbow Rat Food

    My babies Honey this food! What I love is that information technology is healthy for them. I tried other rat foods and when I switched to this one I saw the difference in their behavior immediately! They had more energy, interacted with each other more. Their coats were shinier and softer. An A+ food in my opinion (and my rats' opinions)
